“I’ve been involved with fitness or sport in some level since Primary school, I’ve tried most sports; everything from Athletics to Snowboarding, Mountain Biking to Kickboxing.
I’ve also tried countless different training methods, read thousands of articles and books, watched videos, attended seminars and spoke to experts in all kinds of fields and to this day I’m still learning new things.
Fitness excites me, training gives me a buzz like nothing else and what I’m trying to do with UFG is get other people to feel this, to get what I do out of training.
When you train hard, you look good, when you look good, you feel good, when you feel good, life is good!
Urban Fitness is NOT just a run of the mill gym, it’s NOT just a place you go and lift weights, endlessly pound away at a treadmill or stare blankly at a television set whilst using a cross trainer, it’s a DIFFERENT way of training, a DIFFERENT type of gym, it’s a community, a competitive atmosphere that breeds results and pushes you to new levels of fitness.
